What can you tell us about your experience with Kellie Simpson Legal?
I have only good things to say! Claire is excellent, there’s nothing negative to say about her at all. She’s super at keeping me informed about her movements – a high level of communication is important to me. She reports in every morning with her movements and I know exactly when she’s going to be around for support, and which tasks will be completed when. Once Claire completes a piece of work, she always tells lets me know that it’s done.
This was something I was concerned about; when an Executive Assistant is down the corridor, it’s different, perhaps even easier when you can go and see them face to face. It’s so important when your Executive Assistant is remote to have a great level of communication. Claire keeps me updated and always tells me when a task is finished for me to review the work.
Claire’s quality of work is great. Not only that, but she has a wonderful personality too - she’s fun! Some people might not care about that, but it’s important to me. I don’t want an EA with great technical excellence if they’re not going to fit into the team well. Everyone in our team makes an effort to lift others around them, and Claire does the same.

Extremely satisfied! For all the reasons I’ve mentioned. I have nothing bad to say about the service I’ve received at all.
What benefits have you experienced since outsourcing to us?
Claire is meeting the admin need that we have and offering the support we need. In this case, because of how Kellie Simpson Legal is structured, how professional the team is, and how great Claire is, having a remote Executive Assistant works well in a very organic way. I never start the day by saying ‘if only we were all in the same office’. The whole process is very smooth, it’s not a headache, and I’m never worrying about where work is at.
We use Teams a lot across the company and I add tasks within Teams. Claire can see the task and once she’s completed, she strikes it through, so I know it’s been completed - it’s all in one place.
How have we added value to your business?
We’ve been going through our own expansion in the last 12 months, including upgrading and getting new software to meet our KYC obligations. Claire has helped configure the new software with our supplier, which has been a project in itself. It’s been great to have someone look after this and keep my time available.
We also have a new CRM. Similarly, Claire has supported with this - it’s a case of inputting lots of data and she’s been helping with that too, which has been fantastic.
