What can you tell us about your experience with Kellie Simpson Legal?
I came to Kellie looking for experienced admin and I’ve had that to no end. Natalie and Nicola have both been key to the ongoing success of my firm in terms of how quickly they’ve picked up workflow. They do a lot more than just admin; their experience means they have been able to pick things up quickly and then just run with them.
I’ve brought in a new CMS and they’ve had input into the design of that. It was important to me to get their input; I needed it to deliver what I want from a high-level view, but also be suitable for those doing key admin as the business grows. Natalie and Nicola’s insight has been invaluable.
Natalie is keen on Net Documents and has implemented this for us, which is great. They both have a much wider function within the business, they offer so much more than admin support. They’re now a key part of the team.

How satisfied are you with our services overall?
Extremely satisfied. I love them being a part of the team and I’m very pleased with their support. Initially, I thought I’d need 20-30 hours per month of support, and I’m now at double that, which is a testament to how good they are.
What benefits have you experienced since outsourcing to us?
It’s given me the headspace and time to go after new clients and grow. Not only that, but I have the capacity for fee-earning work because of their support.

How have we added value to your business?
Natalie is currently exploring a new AI tool for me. I started looking at it and now I’ve asked her to polish off the process and see if we can implement it.
Due to using Kellie Simpson Legal’s support, I’ve been able to have the time to research this as an option. I’ve found a tool I like and then let Natalie take it further to see how it works. I now have the time and resources to look at these things that will push my business forward.
I let them know where I want to end up, and they go away and do it with limited guidance. I don’t mind how it gets done, and they do it well. They can run my ideas, research, and then implement them.
The main thing for me is the trust and confidence in the team that things get done. The deadline for each task is in the CMS and it’s there, completed, when I need it. It’s an absolutely seamless process.

How likely are you to recommend our services to other law firms, and why?
Very likely. The quality of the people on the books is great, and just love the flexibility of it all. The fact that I can turn the tap on and off is great, being able to ramp it up and down depending on billing is attractive. Combine this with the quality of Exec support we offer and it’s a no-brainer.
There aren’t any areas of improvement that I can think of. Things work so well - I send an email off and it gets done without any thought or time input from me!
