What is the Optimal Onboarding Audit?


You want an onboarding process that is designed to build trust, establish a solid relationship and encourage loyalty with your new clients.

The Optimal Onboarding Audit helps you to thoroughly map out your onboarding process and understand where improvements could be made.

What is the Clio Grow Basic Build?

This package is ideal if you’re new to Clio Grow or aren’t using it to its full potential. I’ll help you to get your pipeline set up in Clio Grow and turn your onboarding process into a functional and efficient workflow.

After doing an audit on your current onboarding process, we’ll create a workflow that incorporates your company forms, documents and email templates, together with schedulers and tasks so that you can tick each task off your onboarding process as you welcome a new client into your firm.

  • An Onboarding audit of your current processes (see Optimal Onboarding Audit tab for details)
  • 1 client data capture form – this will be auto-populated into Clio reducing data inputting and saving time
  • 2 documents e.g. Engagement letters or Client Care Agreements for either fixed fee, hourly rate or retainer clients
  • 1 workflow (up to 8 items). This can cover different practice areas or be used for fixed fee, hourly rate or retainer client work
