The next chapter is about to begin 🙊👀 I’v The next chapter is about to begin 🙊👀

I’ve had the last few months to really get my head around it.

However, to make it feel more real - I need to tell the world.

And to find out... you’ll need to swipe ➡️ 🤭

Scared, excited, nervous and full of excitement at the same time.

This is such an opportunity for us 🥰

I’ve always had the clearest vision of what our future looks like and this new chapter is really going to bring that future vision to life sooner than we thought.
✨ A week I won’t be forgetting in a hurry… ✨

Last week was one of those pinch‑me weeks, full of reflection, growth, inspiration and a whole lot of gratitude.

The first part of the week was spent at Lilypod for our Flourish mini VIP day 🌿 And honestly? It could not have been a more perfect setting for intention‑setting, reflection, celebration and mapping out our next‑level 2026 business blueprint.

Thank you @iam_sarahjepson for putting together such a lovely brea.

The pods - WOW, all built by my friend’s incredibly talented husband, they are just beautiful. @lilypod_escapes

Being completely off‑grid with no WiFi and no outside noise for 24 hours was such a powerful reminder of how much the right environment matters when you’re doing deep planning and big‑picture thinking.

Then it was off to Whatley Manor in Wiltshire for the Branded & Unstoppable event hosted by @belindafurneauxharris and wow, wow, WOW ✨ One of the most luxurious and beautifully curated events I’ve ever attended. @whatleymanor

I went along to learn more about building a magnetic brand… but what surprised me most was just how much I learned about what it really takes to deliver a high‑end, exceptional experience. Belinda truly blew me away.

I came away with so much clarity, especially the realisation that my current brand no longer fully represents me. It’s time for a lift, an evolution, and something that feels more aligned with where I’m going next.

We even created a mood board (which, coming from a legal background and using Home & Garden mags, was… challenging 😅), but it’s the start of an exciting process that will unfold over the coming weeks and months.

I wrapped up the week with a night away in Ilfracombe with my husband 💛 An early celebration of our 12th wedding anniversary, as he’ll soon be moving away for a new work project… but more on that another time.

A week of growth, love, vision and very full hearts ✨
Q1 flew past in the blink of an eye! I began Jan Q1 flew past in the blink of an eye!

I began January doing my digital detox, knowing I wanted the start of this new year to be calmer, quieter, and more stabilised.

Less scrolling, travelling and saying yes to everything and anything!

Time to build the foundations and bring some new practices into my life.

Starting the Flourish programme with @iam_sarahjepson has helped me do just that.

I’ve introduced meditation, I’m more aware of my energy and what is and isn’t working for me. This has been a huge shift.

Meeting my long term coach @hollybrayceo in real life was the best, she really gets me and my business, she’s been along for the ride since the start. I couldn’t imagine her not being there, my guiding North Star ⭐️

Arranging a North Devon legal meet up with a range of legal providers from an IFA, recruiter and a lawyer - @marissaprincefamilylaw

Strength training is going amazing, I’m in the best shape of my life, at 43 💪🏻

Quarterly planning sessions with @thepocketstrategist so so helpful and I love hanging out with my friend @elska.yoga - business really has brought us together 🤍

SPonsoring the Legal Heart and going outside my comfort zone and speaking on stage! Terrifying but absolutely loved it!

Dad turned 70 - off to Crete in June to continue the celebrations.

And as we start Q2 I have huge news …. Which I’ll be sharing next week 🤔

Tell me - what’s been your highlight of Q1?

Legal Support | supporting lawyers | Boutique Law Firm | Legal PA Support.
When you’ve spent 25 years supporting one profes When you’ve spent 25 years supporting one profession… you get to know it pretty well.

I’ve worked in legal my entire career, starting from my very first job (fresh out of college) in a law firm, all the way through to building a specialist business that now supports boutique law firms and consultant lawyers.

And because of that, there’s something incredibly familiar (and honestly, comforting) about a new enquiry call when there’s a lawyer on the other end.

I already understand the world you’re operating in.
The demands.The pressure.The expectations.
And the endless list of tasks that never seem to get ticked off.

Knowing what you might need support with?Easy.

Spotting gaps you haven’t had time to notice?Easy.

Being able to make suggestions that actually fit the realities of a legal practice?Absolutely.

And if there’s something you need outside of PA or operational support, I have a whole network of trusted legal‑industry contacts I can refer you to, because after two decades in this space, you get to know exactly who’s truly good at what they do.

I’m genuinely grateful that my career started in law.

It’s given me the experience, insight and understanding that allow me to support lawyers on a level that feels natural, familiar and genuinely helpful.

And honestly?
I really do love working with lawyers and being a part of this industry.
💭 One of the most common questions I get is:
“What type of law firms do you actually work with?”

And the answer is... "any firm that doesn't have legal PA support in place".

We specialise in supporting:

✔️ Boutique law firms
✔️ Small to medium, growing practices
✔️ Consultant lawyers
✔️ Start-up law firms

Typically, these are businesses that:

• Aren’t quite at the stage of needing a full-time PA
• But do need reliable, experienced legal support
• And don’t want the commitment or overhead of hiring in-house

That’s where we come in.

We provide flexible, experienced Legal PA support, without the need for a full-time hire.

So you can:
• Stay focused on supporting your clients
• Focus on business development activities
• Concentrate on fee earning work
• Keep your operations and teams running smoothly
• Grow your firm with the right level of support behind you

Because you don’t need a full-time PA to run a well-supported, professional law firm.

You just need the right support.

💬 If this sounds like you (or where you’re heading), feel free to drop me a message, always happy to chat.
